The bed was really comfy. I slept well. The location is great for exploring. Breakfast had good fresh choices.
The room was quite small. I expected more space. The milk in the fridge seemed off. It worried me. Snack options were very expensive.

the staff showed professionalism and were cute. my standard double room included real milk in the fridge, not those long life pods. the location provides easy access to nearby attractions, a definite plus for me. the breakfast also offered a lot of choices.
the minibar items in the room seemed very expensive.

central location helpful staff welcome biscuits
The location was convenient with the castle nearby. The staff were very helpful. I especially appreciated the tea, coffee, and biscuits provided in the room after my long drive.
The car park is not large. I did manage to find a space.

Quiet stay with garden views
amazing view fluffy towels easy control great pressure
The Double Room Garden Room offered excellent views. The bathroom had large, fluffy towels available. I found the heating easy to control within the room. Water pressure in the bathroom was amazing (it filled the bath quickly).
I noticed some noise from doors. The hotel shows its age with doors that make noise when closed.
